Weddings with White Light

A Celebrant led ceremony means you can separate the ceremony from the legal part and are free to truly personalise your own Wedding Ceremony.  We can design a ceremony which can be whatever you want as there are no restrictions on time, place and content.  We can also provide additional ceremonies before or after you complete your vows and exchange rings.

You could make your vows to each other wherever you want to, on the beach, on a boat, in a forest, at home in your garden or almost anywhere you wish.  We can include children and family members into the ceremonies, making it a truly unique and special occasion. Using a Celebrant allows you the freedom to do something really special which you, your family and friends will remember forever. Our additional ceremonies can also be provided to compliment your church or registry office wedding, making your day just the way you want it.

Getting Married in England – the legal bit!

To legally marry in England involves a very short civil ceremony at a Registry Office. You make a 32 word Declaration and Marriage Contract, in front of two witnesses to complete the legal part.  Fees vary but are often between £50 and £60 for a Standard Ceremony and £35 notice fee.   You don’t have to dress up or exchange rings at this stage if you want to save that for the privately conducted celebratory ceremony.
